OUR STORY

Founded 2024 by our directors Matt and Frank, School of Dough CIC is a community interest company committed to the benefit of Cornwall least prosperous communities (with a particular focus on the villages surrounding the China clay pits near St Austell).
We offer cookery workshops designed around the concept of Street Food, igniting the passion for cooking in children and young people through practical learning.
Our mission is to empower children and young people experiencing poverty, isolation (and/or other barriers) to grow their skills, self-esteem and career ambition.
We believe that simple, tasty food has the power to unite communities, foster knowledge sharing, nurture local talent, and promote resourcefulness and a positive, can-do attitude.
